First, this book is worth the read just because of the experience of the author. It is clear and well written, but the knowledge and careful explanation of how you can grow food without constant watering is outstanding. This book gives such practical advice that almost anyone can grow a garden if his plan is followed. This book has been re-done from an earlier version. His explanations from all he has learned make this a must read for anyone who is planning on raising any of their own food in today's world.
