Have wanted a moon phase clock for about for ever. Ideally one of those big old grandfather clocks with the moon phases showing through as the time ticked away. Expensive does not even begin to describe what it takes to create a time piece that follows the phases of the moon - mostly because the moon does not orbit like clockwork. I garden by moon phase, and not necessarily as it says to do on this clock face, so I wanted to keep track of the moon phase. When I bought this, there were no reviews. Took the chance anyway. Waited for the full moon and set it, and today was the next full moon. It was off by about 3 hours. Not bad. Know I will have to pay attention and adjust occasionally as the moon does not orbit in a consistent manner - less hours this cycle, more hours the next, etc. But for the most part it will keep me focused on the phase enough for my gardening chores which is what I wanted. So thanks for that. You have made me a happy lady!!
